How much is manual work actually costing your business?
A rough, transparent estimate — not a sales trick. Adjust the numbers below to match your actual operation.
All assumptions are shown next to the calculator. This is meant to give you a realistic order of magnitude, not a precise figure.
Estimate your annual cost of manual work.
Transparent, not a black box.
Base cost = employees × hours/week × 52 weeks × hourly rate. We add an estimated error-correction cost on top: your error rate applied to the base cost, since rework and corrections are themselves additional manual time. This is a simplified model meant to give you a realistic order of magnitude — your actual number could be higher (if errors cause downstream problems like lost sales or compliance issues) or lower (if some of this time is already partially efficient). It's a conversation starter, not a guarantee.

If this number is bigger than you expected, that's usually a sign a working demo is worth 20 minutes of your time. Get a Working Demo or browse real automation projects we've built.
